Sometimes the simple weddings are the most fun so when long-time friends asked me to photograph Zack and Laura’s backyard wedding, I jumped at the chance. I already met Laura at her bridal session so I knew she was ready to have a good time. Zack proved to be just as much fun and the combination of great people and beautiful weather made for a wonderful wedding. Best of luck to Zack and Laura and thanks to Jimmy and Sue for reaching out. Cyndi and Scott’s Wedding in Houston

Cyndi and Scott had planned on getting married New Years Eve last year but plans have a way of changing at the last minute. Cyndi is a nurse with Memorial Methodist Hospital in Spring and was able to secure the beautiful chapel on site for their ceremony. All went well and afterwards we took a trip to Vintage Park where they had their first date for a few portraits. Everyone had a great time and we wish them the best as they start their new life together.

Cindy & Ben’s Wedding at St. Philip Presbyterian Church

We met Cindy in the morning at the Sheraton Suites in the Galleria where she and the girls were busy getting their hair and makeup together. When finished, it was off to St. Philip Presbyterian Church on San Felipe for the ceremony. The afternoon reception that followed was held at the beautiful Brenners on the Bayou . If you’ve never been there, the location is absolutely beautiful and the food fantastic. We had the restaurant to ourselves while coctails were served on the patio and dinner inside. I must say, thie staff was amazing and on top of everything. Ben took a new job in Chicago so wish them well as they head off on a new adventure!

Marina and JC’s Houston Wedding

I’ve had the pleasure of shooting all of the events associated with the marriage of Marina and JC that we included in their beautiful wedding album. Thia includes their engagement session, her bridal portraits, the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. The wedding was held at the John Wesley United Methodist Church in Spring and the reception at the Cypress Chateau. They met in College Station while attending Texas A&M and now reside in Houston.

Stephanie & Scott’s Houston Wedding

Stephanie and Scott were married at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring, TX followed by the reception at her parents home in the Woodlands. While the wedding was itself a beautiful event, the reception was one of the best we have had the pleasure of photographing this year. The home was amazing. The food was catered by Travola Bistro & Cantina, a local favorite Italian restaurant and the dancing and events were expertly coordinated by Sound Connections. Everyone had a great time and we wish Stephanice and Scott the best as they start their lives together in Dallas.
