Liz and Nick hail from Shreveport, LA but family is in Houston so they decided the wedding would be held in Galveston, TX. The church was the historic St. Mary’s Cathedral Basilica, the original Mother Church of Texas Catholic diocese. It is a fantastic and historic building built in 1847. The reception was held at the also historic 1861 U.S. Customs House, a short walk from the church. Liz and Nick had a great time with their family and friends before riding off in a horse drawn buggy. A perfect evening for a wonderful couple.
